Bond & Share Certificates

Bond and share certificates and other bearer securities are documents that indicate that the owner of the document has title to certain assets or commodities.

These documents are particularly vulnerable to fraudulent activity (such as alteration, counterfeiting and signature forgery) as the document itself is often the only record of ownership.
